GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS OF THE JUNO BEACH CENTRE ONLINE TICKETING

1. Preliminary stipulations
These sales conditions govern the relationship between the Juno Beach Centre Association, hereinafter referred to as "The JUNO
BEACH Centre" and its consumer or professional customers (including tour operators).
Only the customer, an individual acting for private purposes or for purposes that do not fall within the scope of a business, industrial,
craft or liberal activity, is considered as a "consumer" within the meaning herein.
The fact of making a booking implies the full and unreserved acceptance by the customer of the following special and general sales
conditions which prevail over all other documents published by the Juno Beach Centre such as printouts, brochures, promotional
catalogues or descriptions of products issued by the JUNO BEACH Centre.
In this context and prior to entering into the contract, the JUNO BEACH Centre shall inform the customer of the content of the services
offered, indicating the price conditions, the payment terms and the cancellation conditions.
In this respect, and pursuant to Article L 211-9 of the French Tourism Code, the information contained in the brochures or on the
website of the JUNO BEACH Centre may be changed, as the latter is not considered as a contract within the meaning of Article L211-8
of the French Tourism Code, and may be changed or deleted without prior notice.
The JUNO BEACH Centre takes the greatest care in putting information online relating the essential characteristics of its services. The
characteristics of the articles, descriptions, photographs or drawings on this website are not contractual.
The fact that one of the parties does not avail itself at a given time of any one of these conditions shall not be interpreted as a waiver
of any of these conditions at a later date.
1.1 Applicable law/Disputes
The parties agree that these conditions and their consequences shall be subject to French law. The language herein and the language
used in relations between the parties shall be French.
The customer shall be informed of the possibility of using, in the event of a conventional mediation procedure or other alternative
dispute resolution method. If no amicable solution is reached within 15 days, the parties shall be free to bring the dispute before the
Juno Beach Center’s Headquarters courts.
1.2 Intellectual property / Data processing and individual liberties
1.2.1. In accordance with the law "Data processing and individual liberties" No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, and the 2016/679 European
regulation of 27 April 2016 “General Data Protection Regulation” customers have the right to access, change, correct and delete data
relating to them. Customers may thus demand that information concerning them that is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, or
outdated be rectified, completed, clarified, updated, or deleted. Customers can also exercise their rights of opposition and limitation of
the processing of their data as well as their right to the portability of information concerning them. This right can be exercised by

1.4 Insurance
The JUNO BEACH Centre has taken out an insurance policy with ALLIANZ providing Professional third-party liability coverage (contract
No. 57716935). This insurance covers the JUNO BEACH Centre against the financial consequences of professional third-party liability as
defined in Articles L. 211-16 and L. 211-17 and covers the financial consequences that may be incumbent on the JUNO BEACH Centre
as a result of injury or loss of life (up to €10,000,000 per claim), material damage (€800,000 per claim), consecutive intangible
damage (€800,000 per claim) and non-consecutive intangible damage (€305,000 per claim) caused to customers, service providers or
third parties as a result of negligence.
This policy may be forwarded to the customer upon written request.
2.1 These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) apply to all Internet orders for one or more admission tickets placed by the buyer with
the Juno Beach Centre’s online ticketing service via the DN Gestion interface at https://billetterie.junobeach.fr.
The buyer declares to have read and accepted the T&Cs before placing the order. The validation of the order therefore implies
acceptance of these T&Cs.
The Juno Beach Centre reserves the right to unilaterally modify these T&Cs at any time and to apply them to all orders placed after the
date of modification.
The information on the website may be subject to change, of which the customer will be informed prior to placing an order. The Juno
Beach Centre may not be held liable for damage resulting from force majeure or from the actions of any third party outside the
organisation. Failing this, the Juno Beach Centre reserves the right to cancel the order. Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer
Code, the services provided by the Juno Beach Centre, being cultural services, are not subject to the application of the right of
withdrawal provided for in articles L221-18 et seq. of said Code, in terms of distance selling.
2.2 Rates, regulations and availability: All admission ticket prices are quoted in Euros and include VAT. They take into account the VAT
applicable on the day of the order. All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in Euros.
Ticket reservations are made in real time. In this context, our server informs the customer in real time of the availability of tickets
when his/her order is placed.
Tickets will be charged based on the rates in force at the time the orders are registered, subject to availability.
Once a ticket order (reservation) has been confirmed and paid for, the Juno Beach Centre cannot retroactively apply discounts and
one-off promotional offers.
All payments must be made in Euros by authorised credit card on the day of booking. Full and immediate payment is required for all
orders placed on the website. No other means of payment will be accepted. The Juno Beach Centre is not responsible for any credit
card transaction fees caused, where applicable, by exchange rate fluctuations or any other reason.
The date of validation of the ticket order corresponds with the date of the order and its online payment by credit card (law of 13 March
2000 on electronic signature).
Any ticket order form signed by the customer by “clicking” constitutes an irrevocable acceptance which may not be called into
question. The “click”, together with the authentication and non-repudiation procedure and the protection of the integrity of messages,
constitutes an electronic signature. This electronic signature has the same value between the parties as a handwritten signature. (Law
of 13 March 2000 on electronic signature).
After payment has been registered, the Juno Beach Centre will send the buyer a confirmation email containing an admission ticket
which must be presented at the museum reception desk on the day of the visit for inspection.
The ticket can be presented in paper or electronic form on a phone or tablet.
Each ticket is personal and non-transferable. At the entrance to the Juno Beach Centre, an official and valid photo ID may be
requested to identify the ticket buyer.
The buyer must keep this (these) ticket(s) at all times while at the Juno Beach Centre and must present it to the staff at each
checkpoint. Tickets are only valid for the day of the visit selected at the time of purchase.
In the event of loss or theft, the Juno Beach Centre shall not be held liable for the illicit use of admission tickets.
The purchase of an online ticket containing a “Juno Park guided tour” is subject to the following special conditions:
-At the time of ordering, the buyer must take note of the guided tour times according to the period of the year and his/her
preferred language, as listed in the description of the offer.
-The buyer must arrive at the Juno Beach Centre’s ticket office at least 30 minutes prior to the start time of the Juno Park
guided tour.
-The buyer is free to choose his/her own guided tour time, in accordance with the above conditions. However, the Juno
Beach Centre may not be held responsible if the buyer arrives after the start time of the last tour of the day in his/her
language. In this case, the ticket may not be refunded or exchanged.
Payment by credit card is made on the secure bank servers of our partner PAYBOX, which meets the 3DSecure standard. This means
that no banking information about the customer is transmitted via the Juno Beach Centre’s website. Payment by credit card is
therefore perfectly secure; the customer’s order will be recorded and validated as soon as payment is accepted by the bank chosen by
the customer.
The customer’s credit card details are encrypted using the TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocol and are never transmitted
unprotected over the network. Payment is made directly to the bank. The Juno Beach Centre does not have access to these details
under any circumstances and does not keep them on the servers. This is why the customer is asked to re-enter this information for
each new transaction on our website.
Proof of entitlement is required to obtain a reduced/free rate. It will be requested at the Juno Beach Centre’s reception desk. In the
event of failure to present such proof, the reduced/free rate will not apply. The difference will be paid at the desk.
It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, duplicate or counterfeit Internet tickets, to make them available for such purposes or to use copies
of these documents. Such acts are liable to criminal prosecution, without prejudice to any damages that the Juno Beach Centre may be
entitled to claim from the offenders in compensation for the loss suffered.
2.3 Presentation of Internet ticket orders: The receipt received by the customer as a result of his/her booking must be presented at
the Juno Beach Centre’s access control. This document can be presented printed on white paper, or on a portable digital medium for
scanning the QR code.
Printed document: The functionality for printing online ticket orders (reservations) involves printing these documents on an ordinary
printer from an Internet access point. The customer must ensure that printed ticket orders are of good print quality and comply with
the validity conditions described below. Partially printed, soiled, damaged or illegible documents will not be accepted and will be
deemed de facto to be invalid. In the event of poor print quality, the customer must reprint his/her online ticket order(s) in order to
achieve good print quality. The customer will be able to check the quality of the print by ensuring that the information featured on the
online ticket order and the QR code are legible. The Juno Beach Centre may not be held liable for any anomalies that may occur during
the ordering, processing or printing of online ticket orders printable by the customer.
Document presented on a digital medium: The “reservation” can be presented to the checkout operator on a portable digital medium
(mobile phone or tablet). This implies that the customer has downloaded said document before coming to the site and has ensured
that his/her mobile device is working properly. The customer must present the document in such a way that the QR code can be
scanned directly by Juno Beach Centre staff. Partially downloaded, damaged or illegible documents will not be accepted and will be
deemed de facto to be invalid. The Juno Beach Centre may not be held liable for any anomalies that may occur during the ordering,
processing or downloading of online ticket orders downloadable by the customer.
Each printed or downloaded online ticket order (reservation) has a QR code, which is checked and registered when entering the Juno
Beach Centre, using QR code readers, allowing access to the exhibitions and the bunker tour of the Juno Beach Centre. One cannot be
allowed in the Juno Beach Centre more than once with the same online ticket order (reservations). Online ticket orders (reservations)
are personal and non-transferable. They cannot be changed, exchanged or refunded except in cases of force majeure.
Online ticket orders (reservations) are available at all times until the date of the visit indicated on the website where the customer
purchased his/her admission tickets.
2.4 Cancellation, refund, use: An admission ticket to the Juno Beach Centre cannot be refunded, even in the event of loss or theft, nor
can it be taken back or exchanged, except in case of exceptional cancellation by the Juno Beach Centre or in cases of force majeure.
No duplicate tickets may be issued, even in the event of loss or theft. In the event of an exceptional closure by the Juno Beach Centre,
for which the customer has booked tickets, he/she agrees that the Juno Beach Centre may, where possible, use the contact details
entered at the time of reservation to keep him/her informed of further action.
2.5 Personal data collected by the Juno Beach Centre when purchasing a ticket on the Internet is strictly for ticketing purposes only.
The addresses are not marketed or distributed to third parties.
2.6 Right of withdrawal: In accordance with the ruling of the Court of Justice of the European Union of 31 March 2022, the
customer does not have a right of withdrawal for any purchase made on the Juno Beach Centre’s online ticketing service, insofar as it
relates to a cultural service.

Les présentes conditions de vente régissent les rapports entre L’Association Centre Juno Beach, ci-après dénommée « Le Centre JUNO BEACH » et ses clients consommateurs ou professionnels (notamment les tours opérateurs).
Les présentes conditions expriment l’intégralité des obligations des parties et constituent le socle unique des relations commerciales, les conditions générales de vente prévalent sur tout autre document et spécialement les conditions générales d’achat.
Est seul considéré comme « consommateur » au sens des présentes le client, personne physique agissant à des fins privées ou à des fins qui n’entrent pas dans le cadre d’une activité commerciale, industrielle, artisanale ou libérale.
Le fait d’effectuer une réservation ou un achat implique l’adhésion entière et sans réserve du client aux conditions particulières et générales de vente ci-après énoncées qui prévalent sur tous autres documents édités par Le Centre Juno Beach tels que les impressions, prospectus, catalogues promotionnels, description des produits émis par le Centre JUNO BEACH.
Dans ce cadre, préalablement à la conclusion du contrat, le Centre JUNO BEACH informera le client du contenu des prestations proposées en indiquant les conditions du prix et les modalités de paiement ainsi que les conditions d'annulation.
A cet égard, en application de l’article L 211-9 du Code du Tourisme, les informations figurant notamment dans les brochures ou sur les sites Internet du Centre JUNO BEACH peuvent faire l’objet de modifications, ces dernières ne constituant pas un contrat au sens de l’article L211-8 du Code de Tourisme, ces informations pouvant être modifiées ou supprimées sans préavis.
Le Centre JUNO BEACH apporte le plus grand soin à la mise en ligne d’informations relatives aux caractéristiques essentielles des prestations. Les caractéristiques des articles, descriptions, clichés photographiques ou dessins portés sur ce site ne sont pas contractuelles.
Le fait que l’une des parties ne se prévale pas à un moment donné de l'une des présentes conditions ne peut être interprété comme valant renonciation à se prévaloir ultérieurement de l'une quelconque desdites conditions.
Les parties conviennent que les présentes conditions et leurs conséquences sont soumises au droit français. La langue des présentes et des relations entre les parties est le français.
Le client est informé de la possibilité de recourir, en cas de contestation, à une procédure de médiation conventionnelle ou à tout autre mode alternatif de règlement des différends. A défaut de solution amiable dans un délai de 15 jours, les parties recouvreront leur liberté pour porter le litige devant les Tribunaux du siège du CENTRE JUNO BEACH.

Le Centre JUNO BEACH a souscrit auprès de ALLIANZ un contrat d'assurance garantissant sa Responsabilité Civile Professionnelle (contrat n°57716935). Cette assurance garantit le Centre JUNO BEACH contre les conséquences pécuniaires de la responsabilité civile professionnelle telle qu'elle est définie aux articles L. 211-16 et L. 211-17 et couvre les conséquences pécuniaires pouvant incomber au Centre JUNO BEACH en raison des dommages corporels (à concurrence de 10 000 000 € /sinistre), matériels ( 800 000 €/sinistre ), immatériels consécutifs ( 800 000 €/sinistre ) et immatériels non consécutifs (305 000 € /sinistre) causés à des clients, à des prestataires de services ou à des tiers par suite de fautes, erreurs de fait ou de droit, omissions ou négligences commises à l'occasion de ses prestations.
Ce contrat est communicable au client sur simple demande écrite.
2.1 Les présentes CGV s’appliquent à toute commande par internet d’un ou plusieurs billets d’entrée ou de visite virtuelle souscrits par l’acheteur auprès de la billetterie internet du Centre Juno Beach via l’interface DN Gestion sous l’adresse : https://billetterie.junobeach.fr.
L’acheteur reconnaît avoir la capacité de contracter aux conditions décrites dans les conditions de vente suivantes : être âgé d’au moins 18 ans, être capable juridiquement de contracter et ne pas être sous tutelle ou curatelle. L’acheteur déclare avoir pris connaissance et accepté les CGV avant la passation de sa commande. La validation de la commande vaut donc acceptation des présentes CGV.
Le centre Juno Beach se réserve le droit de modifier unilatéralement, et à tout moment, les présentes CGV et de les appliquer à toutes commandes effectuées après la date de modification.
Les informations figurant sur le site Internet peuvent faire l’objet de modifications dont le client sera préalablement informé à la conclusion de sa commande. Le Centre Juno Beach ne peut être tenu responsable des dommages résultant de la force majeure ou du fait de tout tiers à l’organisation. A défaut, le Centre Juno Beach se réserve le droit d’annuler la commande. En application de l’article L221-28 du Code de la consommation, les prestations proposées par le Centre Juno Beach, en tant que prestations culturelles, ne sont pas soumises à l’application du droit de rétractation prévu aux articles L221-18 et suivants du même Code, en matière de vente à distance.
2.2 Tarifs, règlements et disponibilités : Les prix des billets d’entrée et de Visite Virtuelle sont indiqués en euros Toutes Taxes Comprises (TTC). Ils tiennent compte de la TVA applicable au jour de la commande. Toute commande, quelle que soit leur origine, est payable en euros.
Les réservations de billets s’effectuent en temps réel. Dans ce cadre, notre serveur informe le client en temps réel sur la disponibilité des billets au moment de la passation de sa commande.
Les billets seront facturés sur la base des tarifs en vigueur au moment de l’enregistrement des commandes, sous réserve de disponibilité.
Dès que la commande de billets (réservations) est confirmée et payée, le Centre Juno Beach ne peut appliquer rétroactivement les réductions et les offres promotionnelles ponctuelles.
Tous les règlements doivent être effectués en euros par carte bancaire autorisée, le jour-même de la réservation. Un paiement intégral et immédiat est requis pour toute commande effectuée sur le site Internet. Tous les autres moyens de paiement ne sont pas acceptés. Le Centre Juno Beach n’est pas responsable de tous frais sur les transactions par carte bancaire, occasionnés le cas échéant par la variation du taux de change ou pour d’autres raisons.
La date de validation de la commande de billets correspond à la date de la commande et de son paiement par carte bancaire en ligne (loi du 13 mars 2000 sur la signature électronique).
Tout bon de commande de billets signé du client par « clic » constitue une acceptation irrévocable qui ne peut être remise en cause. Le « clic », associé à la procédure d’authentification et de non-répudiation et à la protection de l’intégrité des messages, constitue une signature électronique. Cette signature électronique a valeur entre les parties au même titre qu’une signature manuscrite. (Loi du 13 mars 2000 sur la signature électronique).
Après enregistrement du paiement, le Centre Juno Beach adresse à l’acheteur un e-mail de confirmation :
Pour les billets d’entrée au Musée :
Il est possible de présenter le billet en papier ou en dématérialisé sur téléphone ou tablette.
Chaque billet est personnel et incessible. Lors des contrôles à l’entrée du Centre Juno Beach, une pièce d’identité officielle et en cours de validité avec photo pourra être demandée pour identifier l’acheteur des billets.
L’acheteur doit conserver ce(s) titre(s) pendant toute la durée de sa présence au Centre Juno Beach et le présenter au personnel à chaque point de contrôle. Les billets sont uniquement valables pour le jour de la visite sélectionné lors de l’achat.
En cas de perte ou de vol, le Centre Juno Beach décline toute responsabilité sur l’utilisation illicite des billets d’entrée.
L’achat d’un billet en ligne contenant une « Visite guidée du Parc Juno » est soumis aux conditions particulières suivantes :
-Au moment de sa commande, l’acheteur doit prendre connaissance des horaires de visites guidées selon la période de l’année et sa langue préférée, tel que listés dans le descriptif de l’offre.
-L’acheteur doit se présenter à la billetterie du Centre Juno Beach au minimum 30 minutes avant l’horaire de début de la visite guidée du Parc Juno.
-L’acheteur a libre choix de son horaire de visite guidée, selon les conditions ci-dessus. Toutefois, le Centre Juno Beach ne pourra être tenu responsable si l’acheteur se présentait après l’horaire de début de la dernière visite du jour dans sa langue. Dans ce cas, le billet ne pourra être ni remboursé, ni échangé.
L’achat d’un billet en ligne contenant une « Visite Virtuelle » est soumis aux conditions particulières suivantes :
- Avant de procéder à la réservation de votre billet, merci de vérifier le débit de votre connexion internet. La visite virtuelle nécessite une connexion internet d’un débit de 20 Mégabits par seconde minimum.
-L’acheteur a libre choix de son horaire et langue de visite virtuelle (français ou anglais), selon les horaires disponibles proposées sur le site. Toutefois, le Centre Juno Beach ne pourra être tenu responsable si l’acheteur se connectait après l’horaire de début de la visite ou s’il n’a pas choisi la bonne langue lors de la réservation. Dans ce cas, le billet ne pourra être ni remboursé, ni échangé.
- L’heure de la visite virtuelle est indiquée en heure locale française, l’acheteur est donc seul responsable pour calculer le décalage horaire s’il se connecte depuis un pays en dehors de la France.
Le paiement par carte bancaire s’effectue sur les serveurs bancaires sécurisés du partenaire PAYBOX qui répond à la norme 3DSecure. Ceci implique qu’aucune information bancaire concernant le client ne transite via le site du Centre Juno Beach. Le paiement par carte bancaire est donc parfaitement sécurisé ; la commande du client sera ainsi enregistrée et validée dès l’acceptation du paiement par la banque choisie par le client.
Les coordonnées de la carte de crédit du client sont cryptées grâce au protocole TLS (Transport Layer Security) et ne transitent jamais en clair sur le réseau. Le paiement est directement effectué auprès de la banque. Le Centre Juno Beach n’a, en aucun cas, accès à ces coordonnées et ne les gardent pas sur les serveurs. C’est pourquoi elles sont redemandées au client à chaque nouvelle transaction sur notre site.
Un justificatif est obligatoire pour l'obtention d'un tarif réduit/gratuit. Il sera obligatoirement demandé à l'accueil du Centre Juno Beach. En cas de non-présentation dudit justificatif, le tarif réduit/gratuit ne pourra s'appliquer. La différence sera à régler en caisse.
Il est strictement interdit de reproduire, dupliquer ou contrefaire un billet Internet, de les mettre à disposition à de telles fins ou d’utiliser des copies de ces documents. De tels faits sont passibles de poursuites pénales, sans préjudice des dommages et intérêts que le Centre Juno Beach serait en droit de réclamer aux contrevenants en vertu du préjudice subi.
2.3 Présentation des commandes de billets d’entrée au Musée par Internet : Le justificatif reçu par le client à la suite de sa réservation doit être présenté au contrôle d’accès du Centre Juno Beach. Ce document peut être présenté imprimé sur papier blanc, ou depuis un support numérique portable pour scan du QR code.
Document imprimé : La fonctionnalité d’impression des commandes de billets achetés via Internet (réservations), implique d’imprimer lesdits documents sur une imprimante ordinaire à partir d’un accès internet. Le client doit s’assurer que les commandes de billets imprimées disposent d’une bonne qualité d’impression et devront correspondre impérativement aux conditions de validité décrites ci-après. Des documents partiellement imprimés, souillés, endommagés ou illisibles ne seront pas acceptés et considérés de fait comme non valables. En cas de mauvaise qualité d’impression, le client doit réimprimer sa ou ses commandes de billets Internet afin de disposer d’une bonne qualité d’impression. Le client pourra vérifier la qualité de l’impression en s’assurant que les informations écrites sur la commande de billets Internet ainsi que le QR code sont bien lisibles. Le Centre Juno Beach décline toute responsabilité pour les anomalies pouvant survenir en cours de commande, de traitement ou d’impression de commande de billets Internet imprimable par les soins du client.
Document présenté depuis un support numérique : La « réservation » peut être présentée à l’hôte/hôtesse de caisse depuis un support numérique portable (téléphone mobile ou tablette). Ceci implique que le client a effectué le téléchargement dudit document préalablement à sa venue sur place et qu’il s’est assuré du bon fonctionnement de son appareil mobile. Le client doit présenter le document de manière que le QR code puisse être directement scanné par le personnel du Centre Juno Beach. Des documents partiellement téléchargés, endommagés ou illisibles ne seront pas acceptés et considérés de fait comme non valables. Le Centre Juno Beach décline toute responsabilité pour les anomalies pouvant survenir en cours de commande, de traitement ou de téléchargement de commande de billets Internet téléchargeables par les soins du client.
Chaque commande de billets Internet (réservations) imprimée ou téléchargée est munie d’un QR code, contrôlé et enregistré à l’entrée du Centre Juno Beach, à l’aide de lecteurs QR code, permettant l’accès aux expositions et à la visite guidée de bunkers du Centre Juno Beach. Il est impossible d’être admis à l’entrée du Centre Juno Beach plusieurs fois avec la même commande de billets Internet (réservations. Les commandes de billets Internet (réservations) sont personnelles et incessibles. Elles ne sont ni modifiables, ni échangeables, ni remboursables sauf en cas de force majeure (voir article 2.4).
Les commandes de billets Internet (réservations) sont disponibles en permanence jusqu’à la date de visite indiquée sur le site internet sur lequel le client a acheté ses entrées.
2.4 Annulation, remboursement, utilisation : Un billet d’entrée au Centre Juno Beach ne peut être remboursé même en cas de perte ou de vol, ni repris, ni échangé sauf en cas d’annulation exceptionnelle de la part du Centre Juno Beach ou en cas de force majeure. Aucun duplicata du billet ne pourra être délivré y compris en cas de perte ou de vol. À l’annonce d’une fermeture exceptionnelle de la part du Centre Juno Beach, pour laquelle le client a réservé des entrées, il accepte que le Centre Juno Beach, dans la mesure du possible, puisse utiliser les coordonnées saisies lors de la réservation pour le tenir informé de la marche à suivre.
Pour les billets de la Visite Virtuelle, vous pouvez bénéficier d'un remboursement intégral si la réservation est annulée jusqu'à 24 heures avant la date de visite. Passé ce délai, vous ne recevrez aucun remboursement. Le Centre Juno Beach n’est pas responsable d’un problème de réseau de votre part. Le Centre Juno Beach n’est pas responsable si vous ne vous connectez pas à l’heure prévue de la visite virtuelle ou si vous n’avez pas choisis la bonne langue de prestation souhaitée. Aucun remboursement ne sera effectué dans ces cas de figure. En cas de problèmes techniques de la part du Centre Juno Beach ou de conditions météorologiques défavorables, la visite virtuelle sera annulée. Les visiteurs seront informés par mail et remboursés intégralement.
2.5 Les données personnelles collectées par le Centre Juno Beach lors de l’achat d’un billet sur internet sont strictement réservées à l’usage de la billetterie. Les adresses ne font l’objet d’aucune commercialisation, ni diffusion à des tiers.
2.6 Droit de rétractation : Conformément à l’arrêt du 31 mars 2022 de la Cour de justice de l’Union Européenne, le client ne bénéficie pas d’un droit de rétractation pour tout achat fait sur la billetterie en ligne du Centre Juno Beach, dans la mesure où il s’agit d’une prestation culturelle.
GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS OF THE JUNO BEACH CENTRE ONLINE TICKETING

1. Preliminary stipulations
These sales conditions govern the relationship between the Juno Beach Centre Association, hereinafter referred to as "The JUNO
BEACH Centre" and its consumer or professional customers (including tour operators).
Only the customer, an individual acting for private purposes or for purposes that do not fall within the scope of a business, industrial,
craft or liberal activity, is considered as a "consumer" within the meaning herein.
The fact of making a booking implies the full and unreserved acceptance by the customer of the following special and general sales
conditions which prevail over all other documents published by the Juno Beach Centre such as printouts, brochures, promotional
catalogues or descriptions of products issued by the JUNO BEACH Centre.
In this context and prior to entering into the contract, the JUNO BEACH Centre shall inform the customer of the content of the services
offered, indicating the price conditions, the payment terms and the cancellation conditions.
In this respect, and pursuant to Article L 211-9 of the French Tourism Code, the information contained in the brochures or on the
website of the JUNO BEACH Centre may be changed, as the latter is not considered as a contract within the meaning of Article L211-8
of the French Tourism Code, and may be changed or deleted without prior notice.
The JUNO BEACH Centre takes the greatest care in putting information online relating the essential characteristics of its services. The
characteristics of the articles, descriptions, photographs or drawings on this website are not contractual.
The fact that one of the parties does not avail itself at a given time of any one of these conditions shall not be interpreted as a waiver
of any of these conditions at a later date.
1.1 Applicable law/Disputes
The parties agree that these conditions and their consequences shall be subject to French law. The language herein and the language
used in relations between the parties shall be French.
The customer shall be informed of the possibility of using, in the event of a conventional mediation procedure or other alternative
dispute resolution method. If no amicable solution is reached within 15 days, the parties shall be free to bring the dispute before the
Juno Beach Center’s Headquarters courts.
1.2 Intellectual property / Data processing and individual liberties
1.2.1. In accordance with the law "Data processing and individual liberties" No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, and the 2016/679 European
regulation of 27 April 2016 “General Data Protection Regulation” customers have the right to access, change, correct and delete data
relating to them. Customers may thus demand that information concerning them that is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, or
outdated be rectified, completed, clarified, updated, or deleted. Customers can also exercise their rights of opposition and limitation of
the processing of their data as well as their right to the portability of information concerning them. This right can be exercised by

1.4 Insurance
The JUNO BEACH Centre has taken out an insurance policy with ALLIANZ providing Professional third-party liability coverage (contract
No. 57716935). This insurance covers the JUNO BEACH Centre against the financial consequences of professional third-party liability as
defined in Articles L. 211-16 and L. 211-17 and covers the financial consequences that may be incumbent on the JUNO BEACH Centre
as a result of injury or loss of life (up to €10,000,000 per claim), material damage (€800,000 per claim), consecutive intangible
damage (€800,000 per claim) and non-consecutive intangible damage (€305,000 per claim) caused to customers, service providers or
third parties as a result of negligence.
This policy may be forwarded to the customer upon written request.
2.1 These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) apply to all Internet orders for one or more admission tickets placed by the buyer with
the Juno Beach Centre’s online ticketing service via the DN Gestion interface at https://billetterie.junobeach.fr.
The buyer declares to have read and accepted the T&Cs before placing the order. The validation of the order therefore implies
acceptance of these T&Cs.
The Juno Beach Centre reserves the right to unilaterally modify these T&Cs at any time and to apply them to all orders placed after the
date of modification.
The information on the website may be subject to change, of which the customer will be informed prior to placing an order. The Juno
Beach Centre may not be held liable for damage resulting from force majeure or from the actions of any third party outside the
organisation. Failing this, the Juno Beach Centre reserves the right to cancel the order. Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer
Code, the services provided by the Juno Beach Centre, being cultural services, are not subject to the application of the right of
withdrawal provided for in articles L221-18 et seq. of said Code, in terms of distance selling.
2.2 Rates, regulations and availability: All admission ticket prices are quoted in Euros and include VAT. They take into account the VAT
applicable on the day of the order. All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in Euros.
Ticket reservations are made in real time. In this context, our server informs the customer in real time of the availability of tickets
when his/her order is placed.
Tickets will be charged based on the rates in force at the time the orders are registered, subject to availability.
Once a ticket order (reservation) has been confirmed and paid for, the Juno Beach Centre cannot retroactively apply discounts and
one-off promotional offers.
All payments must be made in Euros by authorised credit card on the day of booking. Full and immediate payment is required for all
orders placed on the website. No other means of payment will be accepted. The Juno Beach Centre is not responsible for any credit
card transaction fees caused, where applicable, by exchange rate fluctuations or any other reason.
The date of validation of the ticket order corresponds with the date of the order and its online payment by credit card (law of 13 March
2000 on electronic signature).
Any ticket order form signed by the customer by “clicking” constitutes an irrevocable acceptance which may not be called into
question. The “click”, together with the authentication and non-repudiation procedure and the protection of the integrity of messages,
constitutes an electronic signature. This electronic signature has the same value between the parties as a handwritten signature. (Law
of 13 March 2000 on electronic signature).
After payment has been registered, the Juno Beach Centre will send the buyer a confirmation email containing an admission ticket
which must be presented at the museum reception desk on the day of the visit for inspection.
The ticket can be presented in paper or electronic form on a phone or tablet.
Each ticket is personal and non-transferable. At the entrance to the Juno Beach Centre, an official and valid photo ID may be
requested to identify the ticket buyer.
The buyer must keep this (these) ticket(s) at all times while at the Juno Beach Centre and must present it to the staff at each
checkpoint. Tickets are only valid for the day of the visit selected at the time of purchase.
In the event of loss or theft, the Juno Beach Centre shall not be held liable for the illicit use of admission tickets.
The purchase of an online ticket containing a “Juno Park guided tour” is subject to the following special conditions:
-At the time of ordering, the buyer must take note of the guided tour times according to the period of the year and his/her
preferred language, as listed in the description of the offer.
-The buyer must arrive at the Juno Beach Centre’s ticket office at least 30 minutes prior to the start time of the Juno Park
guided tour.
-The buyer is free to choose his/her own guided tour time, in accordance with the above conditions. However, the Juno
Beach Centre may not be held responsible if the buyer arrives after the start time of the last tour of the day in his/her
language. In this case, the ticket may not be refunded or exchanged.
Payment by credit card is made on the secure bank servers of our partner PAYBOX, which meets the 3DSecure standard. This means
that no banking information about the customer is transmitted via the Juno Beach Centre’s website. Payment by credit card is
therefore perfectly secure; the customer’s order will be recorded and validated as soon as payment is accepted by the bank chosen by
the customer.
The customer’s credit card details are encrypted using the TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocol and are never transmitted
unprotected over the network. Payment is made directly to the bank. The Juno Beach Centre does not have access to these details
under any circumstances and does not keep them on the servers. This is why the customer is asked to re-enter this information for
each new transaction on our website.
Proof of entitlement is required to obtain a reduced/free rate. It will be requested at the Juno Beach Centre’s reception desk. In the
event of failure to present such proof, the reduced/free rate will not apply. The difference will be paid at the desk.
It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, duplicate or counterfeit Internet tickets, to make them available for such purposes or to use copies
of these documents. Such acts are liable to criminal prosecution, without prejudice to any damages that the Juno Beach Centre may be
entitled to claim from the offenders in compensation for the loss suffered.
2.3 Presentation of Internet ticket orders: The receipt received by the customer as a result of his/her booking must be presented at
the Juno Beach Centre’s access control. This document can be presented printed on white paper, or on a portable digital medium for
scanning the QR code.
Printed document: The functionality for printing online ticket orders (reservations) involves printing these documents on an ordinary
printer from an Internet access point. The customer must ensure that printed ticket orders are of good print quality and comply with
the validity conditions described below. Partially printed, soiled, damaged or illegible documents will not be accepted and will be
deemed de facto to be invalid. In the event of poor print quality, the customer must reprint his/her online ticket order(s) in order to
achieve good print quality. The customer will be able to check the quality of the print by ensuring that the information featured on the
online ticket order and the QR code are legible. The Juno Beach Centre may not be held liable for any anomalies that may occur during
the ordering, processing or printing of online ticket orders printable by the customer.
Document presented on a digital medium: The “reservation” can be presented to the checkout operator on a portable digital medium
(mobile phone or tablet). This implies that the customer has downloaded said document before coming to the site and has ensured
that his/her mobile device is working properly. The customer must present the document in such a way that the QR code can be
scanned directly by Juno Beach Centre staff. Partially downloaded, damaged or illegible documents will not be accepted and will be
deemed de facto to be invalid. The Juno Beach Centre may not be held liable for any anomalies that may occur during the ordering,
processing or downloading of online ticket orders downloadable by the customer.
Each printed or downloaded online ticket order (reservation) has a QR code, which is checked and registered when entering the Juno
Beach Centre, using QR code readers, allowing access to the exhibitions and the bunker tour of the Juno Beach Centre. One cannot be
allowed in the Juno Beach Centre more than once with the same online ticket order (reservations). Online ticket orders (reservations)
are personal and non-transferable. They cannot be changed, exchanged or refunded except in cases of force majeure.
Online ticket orders (reservations) are available at all times until the date of the visit indicated on the website where the customer
purchased his/her admission tickets.
2.4 Cancellation, refund, use: An admission ticket to the Juno Beach Centre cannot be refunded, even in the event of loss or theft, nor
can it be taken back or exchanged, except in case of exceptional cancellation by the Juno Beach Centre or in cases of force majeure.
No duplicate tickets may be issued, even in the event of loss or theft. In the event of an exceptional closure by the Juno Beach Centre,
for which the customer has booked tickets, he/she agrees that the Juno Beach Centre may, where possible, use the contact details
entered at the time of reservation to keep him/her informed of further action.
2.5 Personal data collected by the Juno Beach Centre when purchasing a ticket on the Internet is strictly for ticketing purposes only.
The addresses are not marketed or distributed to third parties.
2.6 Right of withdrawal: In accordance with the ruling of the Court of Justice of the European Union of 31 March 2022, the
customer does not have a right of withdrawal for any purchase made on the Juno Beach Centre’s online ticketing service, insofar as it
relates to a cultural service.
